Working with founders
What do you want to do with the rest of your life?
That was the question that stopped me in my tracks.
I had to ask myself. What was it that I enjoyed doing? What was important to me?
I reacquainted myself with what I have always been passionate about: engaging with others, hearing their stories, their dreams, and their plans and so I changed my career path.
I have always been interested in people. What makes us tick? Why do we do the things we do? What drives us? What inspires us? What makes us unique, yet so alike?
Since then I have worked with hundreds of founders and entrepreneurs helping them develop their mindset.
One thing I learned from my own experience is that although there is a lot of information and support on the logistics of business, not enough is there to support you in the journey. I often reflect, wishing I knew all that I know now when I first started.
I believe that a strong business foundation starts with the mindset of the entrepreneur. I specialise in supporting business founders to develop their leadership mindset and help them build the foundation of a strong business culture.
This is not just theory to me, this is what I have done to establish my business in this country. When scaling abroad the logistics are not the only challenge.
If you are a business thinking of coming to the UK or you are here already, I would love to be part of your journey
